After-hours ($25): any time outside my regular hours (weekdays before 4pm or after 8pm, Saturdays before 8am or after 8pm, plus Sundays and holidays). Rush ($35): appointments within about 2–3 hours of your request. Rush and after-hours together: $50. Payment accepted: cash, Cash App, Zelle, and Venmo.
